By accessing or using CockpitIQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CockpitIQ is an AI-powered aviation assistant that provides information based on FAA publications, including the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM). The Service is designed to assist pilots with regulatory questions, checkride preparation, FAA form guidance, and Part 135 operational support.
3. Important Disclaimer
CockpitIQ is NOT an official FAA application or service. The information provided by CockpitIQ is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, regulatory, or operational advice. All final operational decisions must be made by the pilot in command based on human judgment and official FAA documentation. CockpitIQ does not replace proper flight training, official FAA publications, or the judgment of qualified aviation professionals.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CockpitIQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CockpitIQ.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CockpitIQ, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
