End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CockpitIQ for the use of the CockpitIQ mobile application (the "Application"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
CockpitIQ grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA and any applicable subscription agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application; modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of CockpitIQ or its affiliates.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. CockpitIQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CockpitIQ does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
5. Aviation-Specific Disclaimer
The Application provides AI-generated responses based on FAA publications and aviation data. These responses are for informational purposes only. The Application is NOT certified by the FAA and should NOT be used as a primary source for making operational flight decisions. The pilot in command is always responsible for the safe conduct of flight and must exercise independent judgment.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or CockpitIQ. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
